About Us

Revival Pole Fitness is a boutique pole fitness studio supporting the wellbeing of women of different ages, life stages and backgrounds through movement. We offer English-taught pole dance and aerial fitness courses specifically for women to work on their physical and emotional health. Our courses provide a safe, positive, and enjoyable way for women to effectively integrate exercise into their lives and an outlet to express themselves. Through our many courses, we cultivate an inclusive, body-positive community that empowers women to live both healthily and confidently. Pole is for everybody and every body!

Pole Dance

The pole is a versatile apparatus that has something to offer everyone. Here you will have the opportunity to experience the many styles and art forms and discover what calls to you. Dancing, tricks, low flow… the possibilities are endless. No matter the style, this 90-minute class will always challenge and inspire. Check out our schedule to see what is on the menu this month.

Handstands

There is no better feeling than being upside down, and this class will take you on the journey to get there! We will focus on improving mind/body awareness while strengthening and mobilizing the wrists and shoulders. It is a great full-body workout that is both fun and challenging.

Flexibility

Flexibility means so much more than doing a split. It is the freedom to feel comfortable in our bodies and move as we please. It is about learning to breathe and open up the body. In these trainings we will always mobilize, strengthen, and of course stretch. These classes take the best from yoga, Pilates and gymnastics to safely strengthen and lengthen.
