Terms and Conditions 

  • All sales final, no refunds. 

  • All class credits expire 5 weeks (35) days after your first booking, unless otherwise stated. 

  • Classes must have a minimum of 2 students in order to run. Classes will be canceled 4 hours prior to their start time if the minimum is not met and credits will be returned. 

  • Students must arrive on time for the scheduled class in order to be allowed to participate. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in loss of the class credit. No refunds.

  • Please remove all ring, bracelets and watches prior to class. Please keep these items in the cubby with the rest of your belongings. 

  • Women only.

  • Bullying of your self as well as others is not tolerated!

Cancelations/Late Arrival Policy 

  • For your personal well-being and the safety of others you are not permitted to join the class if you are more than 10 minutes late. This credit will not be redeemable

  • If you cannot make the class you originally signed up for, you may cancel via your account at least 6 hours before class in order to retain the credit. 

  • Late cancellation period is 6 hours. Any class reservation canceled less than 6 hours prior to class will result in loss of class credit. No refunds.

  • Memberships have an automatic renewal period of 3 months. After the 3 months the membership will automatically be canceled. You can then choose to purchase a new membership or how you would like to proceed. 

Memberships 

Credit Carry Forward:

  • Unused class credits will carry forward for one billing cycle. If you are unable to use a class in one month, you can make it up in the following month. If the credits are not used within this period, they will be forfeited.

Future Credit Usage:

  • You have the option to use class credits from one future billing cycle. This allows you to utilize classes in advance if you anticipate being away.

Refunds and Make-ups:

  • There are no refunds or make-up classes for absences due to sickness or vacation.

  • If a class is canceled by us, the credit will always be returned to your account.
